In addition to designing and manufacturing our own range of electronic control products we provide design consultancy & manufacturing services to our customers through our dedicated R&D team. ITL's experience in both hardware & software solutions enable us to work closely with you to take concept ideas right through to prototype, testing & production of new designs.

Our dedicated R&D team have an extensive skill set that enable them to perform a wide variety of tasks. These tasks include:

Bespoke embedded circuit board design and manufacture.

PCB assembly upgrade service converting existing assemblies with Through-Hole parts to surface mount technology. This can reduce manufacturing costs, size and weight of assemblies.

Redesign of existing assemblies to modernise and increase product life by removing the requirement for obsolescent parts.
